As an Account Delivery Executive (ADE) you will be the strategic partner for both the commercial account team and the customer that brings Microsoft’s own professional services teams to deliver and support digital transformation solutions for our customers. As the Microsoft’s commercial business evolves from selling and building individual products to becoming the strategic digital transformation platform and partner of choice, you will lead Microsoft Consulting Services teams in the delivery of those solutions and be a key part of our customer’s success. You’ll be driving strategic partnerships within state and local governments.
You’ll partner and collaborate with multiple teams across disciplines, organizations and geographies, as you help bring Microsoft’s latest technologies and products together into real live solutions for customers.

As an ADE, key responsibilities include:
- Manage the portfolio of Microsoft consulting deliveries and professional services teams
- Identify opportunities and support the sales team through the sales process
- Partner with other roles to ensure overall customer success and consumption of our cloud services
- Expand strategic customer relationships to drive larger impact for the customer
Someone with the following skills and experience would be a great candidate for an Account Delivery Executive (ADE) at Microsoft
- Demonstrated senior level customer engagement skills, inclusive of strong written and verbal communication
- Account Portfolio Management, including managing delivery of multiple business transformation projects, leveraging innovative technology solutions
- Building Customer/Partner Relationships
- Industry Expertise with state and local government
- 8+ years of experience with a major consulting, technology or professional services firm
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.S./B.A.) in Computer Science, Business Management, or equivalent preferred
