This leader will play a key role in the newly formed T-Mobile Marketing Solutions (TMS) business unit. TMS’ mission is
to develop, launch, and operate innovative marketing solutions that leverage T-Mobile O&O inventory products, data
insights and measurement solutions, and high-level partnerships with brands and agencies.
Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new
and existing business grow. Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide world class client
service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the
business needs of TMS’s key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. You
set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.
This role is focused on ad operations management for T-Mobile’s O&O media, specifically our emerging TV products. The person in this role will be TMS’s resident expert in SSP solutions, TV monetization, and programmatic partner ecosystem. They will develop and lead strategy to ensure best-in-class performance for our advertisers. This person will also collaborate with various other departments to grow TMS’s standing as a publisher in the market and will be expected to assist in the development of broader strategic efforts.
- Deliver the day-to-day operations of programmatic media sales using Google Ad Manager and any extended platforms that are brought on board
- Work with demand partners to maximize revenue for TMS for both our O&O and PushSpring data marketplace
- Be the team’s resident expert in SSP solutions and strategy for Video/OTT/TV to ensure best in class performance for our advertisers
- Act as an expert resource for internal stakeholders regarding product functionality and processes related to the Ad Ops team
- Identify and outline opportunities to streamline the implementation process and work to prioritize these improvements with different teams
- Proactively monitor all campaigns for both delivery and performance; providing recommendation and consultancy for full optimization of campaigns
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of relevant experience in online advertising, sales operations, advertising operations and/or programmatic platforms
- Deep understanding of advertising technology platforms
- Understanding of TV and OTT programmatic advertising operations
- 18 Yrs of age
- Legally authorized to work in the US
