As a Biscuit Maker and part of our Food Production Crew you will be responsible for getting our day started by making our famous scratch-made biscuits for other food production crew members to use when crafting our guests’ favorite breakfast meals. You will also be responsible for supporting our kitchen production crew as needed after your biscuit making tasks are complete for the day. Our kitchen is the engine of our restaurant and without our famous scratch-made biscuits we can’t give our kitchen production crew the fuel they need to create our guests’ favorite sandwiches. Because the kitchen sets the pace for the rest of the restaurant urgency is a must. In this fast-paced environment you will be responsible for neatly and accurately crafting our guests’ favorite meals. You will start your day early at 4AM by making our famous scratch-made biscuits.
A successful Biscuit Maker is a team player. They are friendly, fast, flexible and service-minded. They are detail-oriented and strive to meet the needs of guests and their fellow crew members. While there are a variety of tasks that Biscuit Makers may be asked to complete to keep our restaurant operating efficiently, their main job is to make our famous scratch-made biscuits and to serve our customers by preparing their food both accurately and neatly while accommodating any special requests. Biscuit Makers must work as a team with the management and with each other to meet shift goals. Biscuit Makers will also focus on cleanliness around the restaurant to ensure positive guest experiences.
Biscuit Maker/Food Production Crew Member must be at least 16 years of age. All crew are expected to arrive on time and as scheduled with a positive attitude. Crew members are expected to look neat and professional in appearance (in accordance to the requirements set forth in our company handbook) and be professional in all of their dealings with customers, their fellow crew, and management staff. Crew members must have reliable transportation to and from work and must be able to lift at least 25 lbs regularly
