Please review the following job description:

Lead-level analyst, with current Salesforce experience writing validation rules in Salesforce and perform declarative configuration work such as workflows and process builders in a Salesforce Environment.

Lead-level analyst will be responsible for providing the highest level of business systems analysis design and support for interfacing business and computer application systems. Develop or modify procedures to solve complex business problems considering client needs, cloud application capabilities operation time and form of desired results. Perform analysis and work at the highest level of most phases of systems analysis. Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives for complex business processes, based on industry best practices and Truist’s IT objectives. Applies industry best practices to improve Truist’s current processes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

1. Lead analysis effort to gather, formulate, define and design solutions to the most complex business problems. Formulate and define systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a thorough understanding of business systems and industry requirements.

2. Lead analysis effort to interpret client requirements into documented system requirement specifications in accordance with approved standards and procedures. Devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operation time and form of desired results. Includes analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements and translation into proper system requirement specifications.

3. Translate high-level business requirements into functional specifications for the Information Technology organization and manage changes to such specifications.

4. Maintain an expert knowledge of assigned computer applications and a working knowledge of other applications operating in the same or integrated environments. Possess full technical knowledge of most phases of systems analysis, and consider the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment.

5. Maintain an expert business and operations knowledge of direct and associated clients in order to add value in analyzing complex and highly integrated projects.

6. Instruct, direct and check the work of assigned/less experienced Business Analysts. Act as team leader for projects with moderate budgets or of a short to intermediate duration.

Required Skills and Competencies:

1. Bachelor’s degree in IT-related curriculum, or equivalent education and related training

2. Eight years of experience in application analysis and design

3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

4. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office software products

5. Ability to work independently or as a member of a team

6. Ability to direct other team members and train others

7. Ability to travel, occasionally overnight
