As a(n)Business Analytics Staff Manager within PNC’s Retail COO-Project Management organization, you will be based in Miamisburg, OH. Cleveland OH or Pittsburgh, PA.
The Business Analyst Manager will lead a team in support of the Retail Bank and Capital Markets. Their analysts will participate in both traditional and agile projects to facilitate sessions, document requirements and produce several other key project artifacts. The candidate should have strong leadership and mentoring skills.
Manages the development, implementation and support of business analytics initiatives and projects. Supervises a team of business analytics staff.
Leads a team leveraging the most appropriate technology that analyzes and processes data, builds and maintains analytical solutions, and develops dynamic, data-driven solutions.
Assesses the scope and resources required of various analytics projects and works with manager to define necessary resources.
Consults with clients on business intelligence data for analytics and oversees the implementation of new tools and data marts.
Manages key performance metrics and operational challenges.

Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 3+ years of industry-relevant experience. An operations or production environment position typically requires 2 years of previous managerial experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience (including military service) may be considered.
