The Business Chat Representative is a new role for T-Mobile and is an excellent position for anyone interested in working with business customers who visit T-Mobile business websites.
As a team member, you’ll be a key contributor in T-Mobile’s revenue engine by being the first point of contact for all web based inquiries and leads. As a Business Chat Representative, you will cultivate and quickly respond to web inquiries from both existing and prospective customers. You will connect qualified potential customers with T-Mobile Account Executives.
- Responding in real time to web leads coming through T-Mobile for Business website.
- Responsible for handling customer concerns/issues and sales requests, including but not limited to: account changes, phone upgrades, new lines of service, and general questions.
- Researching leads, entering leads in Salesforce CRM and assigning them to the appropriate sales person
- 1 year customer service experience
- Technology savvy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn and follow processes thoroughly
- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees and management
- A mature, self-motivated person with a positive, professional attitude
- High capacity to operate effectively in a new role
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- High School Diploma or GED
- Pre-employment background screen
