We are looking for a Commercial Operations Manager to work with our expert Commercial Sales team of 7000 employees across the world. Do you have a passion for Commercial Operations? Then we would love to hear from you.

What you’ll do

Enable sales (Account Management and Modality) productivity through improved operations

Improve customer experience by proactively identifying, prioritizing and solving customer challenges

Collaborate horizontally across teams- Account Managers, Modalities, Product Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service, and Commercial Excellence teams.

Responsible for developing the data and analytics to create and support the business forecast and quarterly delivery estimates and address ongoing trends.

Leverage One Life Science principle to drive forecast accuracy with commercial team and coordinating with supply chain and customer service on operation execution to meet fast changing customer needs

Continuously improve communication operating mechanism, data reports, and metrics to support key business initiatives

Collaborate with Commercial Team to identify sales support needs, challenges, and gaps to enable top line growth

Who you are

Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 5 years’ experience in Sales / Commercial Operations

MBA preferred

Demonstrable people and team management experience in an international, matrix organisation

Demonstrated process analytical skills/ number savvy including proficiency in using Excel and PowerPoint

Excellent organizational, project management and time management skills, including multi-tasking and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, follow up and attention to details. Adaptable to multiple requests, daily changes and still deliver on commitments.

Excellent communicator: able to influence at all levels of an organization, cross-functionally and cross-culturally. Articulate and capable of distilling simple, relevant commercial messages from multiple sources of complex data
