Wildcard Payments is growing. We are an honest and ethical business within the card payment industry and we have a unique offering for our customers.
As we expand, we are in need of a Customer Care Agent who is able to:
- Process applications
- Liaise between customers and our acquiring banks to gather required documents
- Answer telephone queries and direct them to the right place
- Assist customers with some basic tech support
- Respond to live chat and direct customers to the right place
- Support customers through any issues until they are resolved by the respective parties
- Continue to implement our family-oriented customer culture by ensuring every customer feels valued and appreciated
A telephone will be provided however you will need to have use of your own laptop/computer for this role.
Full training will be provided on our processes and the industry, however it’s vital that you have strong administrative and customer service experience to bring to the role.
