Role:
Customer Service Representative-Entry Level (Virtual)

We are accepting entry-level candidates who are

looking for a start in a healthcare career. Paid training provided.

Basic computer skills needed.

Available Shifts:
Training

hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM EST

Post-Training

hours are between 9am EST & 9pm EST. Will include some evenings.

And

bid on a schedule based on business need

This

is a virtual position until the Covid restrictions are lifted (subject to state rules and

regulations). This position will be physically based in Jessup,

PA . Applicants should be physically located in that area to be

considered.

Summary:
Under

supervision, this position is responsible for assisting the Customer Service

department with inbound calling only when necessary, completing outbound

calling for Enrollment related routes, handling miscellaneous correspondence

and faxed documents, route management for various clients, Provider Portal

verification, and various Ancillary tasks. Performs both on demand and

pro-active services for the clients, members, providers, and departments

serviced by client. Receives, researches, resolves and documents member,

provider, client and department inquiries while ensuring compliance with state

and federal laws. Maintains effective relationships with external and internal

customers.

Required

Qualifications:
High school diploma or

equivalent

PC proficiency to include

Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Ability to work scheduled

hours. Overtime may be required including evenings, nights,

weekends, and holidays.

At least some Customer

Service/Call Center experience

This position will require

commuting to our Jessup, PA

office.

For Medical Management

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or any health science related field.

For NA High School Equiv.
