Linde Gases North America is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to join our team located in Stewartsville, NJ.

The Customer Service Supervisor position is responsible for performing and monitoring day-to-day Customer Excellence Center activities and processes in a customer service environment with the objective of creating an outstanding customer experience.

The Customer Service Supervisor position requires hands on engagement with team members, external and internal customers and daily activities with an eye for process adherence and improvement within the department and organization.

The Customer Service Supervisor is also the primary contact for the facility and office personnel in Stewartsville. This role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with visitor protocols and managing various projects as it relates to facility management.

Customer Service Supervisor

  • Responsible for client support for the EGSP organization.
  • Supporting the customer service center in reaching productivity and service level goals for the department through monitoring of various daily reports and department planning including the monitoring of orders, monitoring cut and reschedules processed by customer service, etc.
  • Performance Management of customer service representatives; coaching, development and discipline
  • Engage in process improvement initiatives to improve processes and productivity
  • Prepares management reports as required
  • Ability to analyze data and develop strategic improvement plans based on trend patterns
  • Develop relationships with sales, customer support, production and operations, distributors and region management personnel to achieve specific goals and service level standards
  • Utilizes excellent and professional communication skills to ensure that all internal and external customer needs are met.
  • Interfaces professionally and in a timely manner with inter-company departments and regions, responding to the needs of internal customers.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required / Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 – 4 years of customer service experience required
  • 1-3 years of supervisory experience preferred
  • Knowledge of electronics and specialty gases & equipment, and isotopes preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Knowledge in computer systems and computer applications
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and SAP
  • Demonstrates interpersonal, project management, written and verbal communication skills

Job Description

Come join the largest Specialty Pharmacy in the United States! We have a new opportunity on the Enrollment Coordinator Team for a Customer Service Supervisor.

The primary responsibility of the Customer Service Supervisor is to supervise the customer service staff, and provide direction to the staff within Pharmacy Operations to ensure that patient requests are met and prescription orders are process in an accurate and efficient manner. The Customer Service Supervisor is also responsible for directing daily workflow, evaluating and reviewing performance, coaching and counseling, disciplinary action, interviewing/hiring and daily supervision of the staff to ensure that all department and company policies and procedures are followed. In order to be successful in the role you will need to utilize your ability to effectively manage people and provide team leadership while maintaining extreme accuracy, and attention to detail and data standards.

Shift: 11:00am – 7:30pm Monday thru Friday, after 2 weeks of training which is M-F 8:00am – 4:30PM

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of work experience within a customer service, call center, or patient services capacity.
  • 2+ leadership experience in production environment.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Knowledge of basic insurance and third party terms and medical terminology are preferred.
  • Experience with Data Entry systems and reporting tools that accompany those systems.


Education

  • Verifiable high school diploma or GED
