eServices Specialist


Del Norte Credit Union is seeking a dynamic
eServices Specialist to improve the lives of others through demonstrating performance excellence.

Del Norte Credit Union is seeking a candidate for an eServices Specialist position. The primary role of this position is to assist Del Norte Credit Union in living out its mission of improving lives as a financial cooperative by possessing a passionate devotion to providing outstanding and empathetic service to Del Norte Credit Union members and fellow teammates. In this position you will address and assist with all aspects of daily eServices operations, ensuring that external and internal members receive prompt and accurate support through all electronic channels.

Job duties of this position include but are not limited to:

  • Provide telephone support to internal and external members.
  • Provide data entry and other tasks required for the administration and process of online banking transaction and set up of new accounts.
  • Interface with third-party service providers related to the installation, updating, and troubleshooting of connectivity and services provided on eServices’ offerings.
  • Protect system and member information by defining access privileges, control structures and resources.
  • Ensure that effective communication is delivered with respect to incident reports, enhancement roll-outs, and system downtime, and that regular communications are sent to keep departments up-to-date on the status of outstanding issues.

Requirements include:

  • Three or more years of similar or related experience in information technology or eServices experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. (preferred)
  • Solid member service skills
  • Excellent communication and problem resolution skills.
  • Strong, proficient knowledge of online banking to include but not limited to: remote deposit capture, mobile banking, and bill-pay
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills, proficient in communicating and technical information.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Windows, other MS Office applications and especially in electronic banking services such as online banking
