As a member of our crew you will be responsible for crafting our guests’ favorite meals. As a member of the Food Production Crew we will support you with the tools and training needed to succeed at McDonald’s- the undisputed global leader of the food service industry and more importantly, the leader in our community.
Our kitchen is the engine of our restaurant. The kitchen sets the pace for the rest of the restaurant so urgency is a must. In this fast-paced environment you will be responsible for neatly and accurately crafting our guests’ favorite meals. You will work a variety of positions including the grill, the fryers, and assembling sandwiches. This shift begins at 9:00AM and typically lasts until 7:00 PM
A successful production crew member is friendly, fast, flexible and service-minded. They are detail-oriented and must strive to meet the needs of guests and their fellow crew members. While there are a variety of tasks that kitchen crew members may be asked to complete to keep our restaurant operating efficiently their main job is to serve our customers by preparing their food both accurately and neatly while accommodating special requests. Crew members must work as a team with the management and with each other to meet shift goals. Crew members will also focus on cleanliness around the restaurant to ensure positive guest experiences and a work-safe environment.
Crew must be at least 16 years of age. Crew are expected to arrive on time and as scheduled with a positive attitude. Crew members are expected to look neat and professional in appearance (in accordance to the requirements set forth in our company handbook) and be professional in all of their dealings with customers, their fellow crew, and management staff. Crew members must have reliable transportation to and from work and must be able to lift 25 lbs.
