The Global Real Estate Performance Delivery Advisor is a crucial part of the Asset Management organization in the Cigna domestic Real Estate portfolio. Duties include strategic input on development and standardization of requirements, metrics, analytics, scenario planning, change management, risk mitigation, negotiations, and critical infrastructure reliability. The role works with business leaders and their team(s), along with the enterprises suppliers.
The role must meet business objectives in a high profile, rapidly evolving, and sometimes ambiguous and competitive environment.
The role is responsible for developing and managing the relationships with Cigna’s Real Estate service internal and external stakeholders. These activities are likely to be a mix of routine and non-routine initiatives with impact across the organization. The key expectations and responsibilities for the role are the following:
Develops, identifies and/or structures rigorous, repeatable processes and activities that drive efficiency in service, cost, morale etc.
Supports alignment of processes across Asset Management and Global Real Estate verticals
Converts Facilities management language/requirements to business language/requirements and vice versa to connect strategic and tactical business functions
Builds and maintains relationships with suppliers, Global Real Estate, the business units, and other key internal stakeholders
Develops and implements performance and financial metrics to communicate meaningful story around results
Reports performance against objectives
Supports change management efforts
Develops, implements vehicle for sharing of ideas from Facilities management team for efficiency, value, and improvement efforts
Makes decisions and takes action to solve a problem for a team or a unit in the organization, utilizing data to provide meaningful and actionable reporting
Ability to work well in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
Articulates strategies and potential solution(s) effectively to key executives and staff at all levels
Driven to meeting or exceeding business and financial milestones
Ability to provide fact based advice to decision makers and oversee development of market and industry analysis

Qualifications, Key Competencies and Attributes
6+ years in Facilities for a large real estate portfolio
Excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to interact credibly and persuasively with senior members of Cigna’s management
Excellent project management skills; ability to plan and manage large and complex projects
Financial analytical skills and insight

Structured problem solving and decision making skills
