  • Create opportunities for new business sales through various methods of prospecting and relationship development
  • Prospecting will include phone, email, networking, broadening relationships with centers of influence and the use of social media & referrals.
  • Developing cross-selling/ bundling opportunities
  • Acquiring and maintaining product knowledge and technical skills across multiple lines of business.
  • Review and analyze insurance programs to make appropriate recommendations
  • Meet defined sales objectives
  • Maintain the accuracy of data in the agency management system


  • Insurance producers license to sell Life, Health, Property & Casualty (preferred)
  • Exceptional communications skills, in person and on the phone
  • Sales experience (preferred)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Above average computer skills
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Go-getter, hunter mentality
  • Must have a drive for growth

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
