Salary Range: $30000.00 – $75000.00 per year

- Compensation includes Base Salary + Generous Commission

- Property and Casualty Insurance licensing assistance (a bonus available at 90 days)
- Achieve sales goals through leads database, referrals, networking and cold-calling.
- Present and explain insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and goals.
- Prepare insurance quotes and cross-sell additional Allstate products where necessary.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests timely.
- Process payments from customers and report claims.
- Highly motivated self-starter.
- Coachable, sales minded professional.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
- Be able to obtain or currently possess a Property & Casualty insurance license within the next 30-45 days. Licenses is not required to interview, we’ll train the right person!
