Job Title: Lead Application Developer
Location: Roseland, NJ
ADP Technology Services, Inc. seeks a Lead Application Developer in our Roseland, NJ location. Responsibilities: Work with data using various data discovery and profiling techniques and tools and business intelligence applications. Engineer end-to-end software solutions including; data acquisition, data modeling, extract, transform, load (ETL), analytics and visualizations. Run design sessions with all levels of the organization to understand their needs and gather information to determine appropriate technical solutions. Participate in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including the design, test, review, and demonstration of data solutions. Integrate data designs into larger ecosystems and develop definitions for implementation and test procedures. Work with clients, product managers, analysts, architects and engineers to plan, design, develop, test and implement data products consistent with business objectives. Participate and collaborate with stakeholders on security, quality assurance, training, engineering, and hosting to assist in other aspects of projects. Review and create system, software and functional design specifications that address business requirements.
Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field plus five (5) years of related experience.
Two (2) years of experience must include: Data Modeling; SQL Queries; Toad; Crystal Reports; PL/SQL Programming; Oracle Database; MS SQL Database; Informatica Power Center; and Tableau.
