Job Description

Do you thrive in a dynamic, committed, and professional environment and would you like to be a part of a team that positively effects change? Are you up for a challenge of driving technology forward?

At Fiserv, you’ll find team environment that values partnership and flexibility. Our rare combination of expertise and innovative spirit is how we deliver the most comprehensive financial solutions to banks and businesses worldwide. We’re helping more businesses move money faster and more easily than ever before.

What does a great Legal Project Analyst do?

You can look forward to working within Fiserv’s Corporate Legal department and be responsible for providing functional, analytical and operational support for ContractPoint, an Apttus Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system, operating within the Salesforce.com platform. You will play a vital role in ensuring the CLM system meets the day-to-day contracting needs of thousands of sales, marketing, account management and legal professionals across the Fiserv organization.

The leader will understand the functional components of the CLM system, gather requirements and improvement requests from those involved in the contracting process, analyze the requests in light of the capabilities of the CLM system and provide detailed change requests to CLM configuration specialists.

Key to success in this role will be collaborating with associates representing various Fiserv business units to understand the process flow for current contracting steps and define and implement changes to the process in order to introduce more efficient end-to-end contracting activities.

You will coordinate the ContractPoint and perform deployment readiness tasks to ensure improvements and modifications deliver the functionality that meets stated business requirements.

You will assist with training and deployment of the CLM service across Fiserv business units.

You will define, build and distribute reports to provide management and stakeholders with insight into the contracting process.

You will work with associates from other Fiserv business units to define touchpoints and interfaces to/from the CLM service.

You will respond to inquiries from CLM users who report issues or are seeking mentorship, participate in testing and quality assurance activities with the user community and engage with other support staff when additional assistance is required.

You are the type of person who proactively searches for ways to improve the CLM service and communicates best practices to users and management.

You will also be asked to perform other support duties and assist with other projects assigned to the legal operations team on an as-needed basis.
