Our Exclusive Allstate Agency is looking for experienced sales producers that are motivated and driven to be successful insurance sales specialists. We are looking for motivated professionals who are comfortable working independently. This is the place to build a profitable long term career in the insurance industry. You will be offering a broad selection of coverage with home, auto, business, and specialty products as well as financial services from one of the most recognizable national brands, Allstate.

Generate Insurance Quotes

  • Be outstanding at relationship building
  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established
  • Solicits for new business via telephone, networking and other lead sources
  • Develop ongoing networking relationship with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
  • Develop new Financial Services opportunities
  • Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of new and existing products
  • Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources
  • Maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls
  • Producers also manage existing accounts, provide great customer service and educate policy holders.
  • Must hold a current General P&C license
  • Prior proven Allstate Agency Sales preferred

You are backed by powerful marketing support and proven desktop tools to help you develop a profitable book of business, spot opportunities and cross-sell. You will also have the opportunity to help the company develop its local marketing strategy and be a part of networking, tradeshow and community events. We strongly encourage you build a personal referral network and to grow new business premium by leveraging phone, social media, email and provided lead lists. Qualified candidates must be able to consistently hit aggressive Home & Auto premium goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year


  • Flexible schedule
  • Paid time off


  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

Working remote may be possible post training
