This position is for an engineer on 3D NAND media architecture and integration. You are responsible for leading research and development of next generation 3D technology essential for Intel’s data-centric strategy. Primary responsibilities include analysis of system interaction and NAND silicon experimentation to meet complete product requirements and system needs. Successful candidate will collaborate with system engineers, circuit designers, product engineers, and reliability engineers to understand the critical issues and inter-dependencies and engineer solutions to address them. She/he will be an integral part of the team that defines Intel’s 3D NAND media roadmap to ensure competitive products and Intel’s leadership for data centric SSDs.
The candidate must possess the below required qualifications to be considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Required qualifications/skills: Candidate should possess an MS degree with at least 8 years additional experience, or a PhD with at least 6 years additional experience, in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related fields.
