Job Description

Our Memphis Regional Office is seeking a highly competent and motivated Office Administrator to join our team. This role is a critical component of the Regional Office and will help to maintain our commitment to excellence while achieving our organization’s goals.

ABOUT THE JOB:

  • 30+ hrs per week
  • Greets and interacts with policyholders, candidates and guests
  • Answers and directs incoming telephone calls
  • Assist Regional Admin with claim processing
  • Prepares correspondence and documents as needed
  • Files and retrieves organizational documents, records, and reports
  • Manages incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Organizes and tidies conference room, file room, and kitchen daily
  • Recruiting new hires

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to acquire information and answer questions for coordinators and clients/policyholders promptly
  • Must have the ability to work individually and be self-driven
  • Capable of managing spreadsheets
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and using online resources
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a deadline-driven environment
  • Solution-oriented and nimble thinker
  • High level of accuracy/attention to detail
  • Superb organizational skills
  • Reliable, punctual, willingness to help other team members
  • Professional appearance/attitude
  • Personable and energetic, a self-starter with superb customer service skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 – $23.00 per hour

All customers are required to wear a mask, customers must schedule an appointment to enter the office, common areas are sanitized frequently, and low contact with public

  • Recruiting: 1 year (Preferred)
