This role can be based out of the Tri-state area, Dallas or Chicago.

As an Organization Effectiveness & Change Management Manager, you will be part of a talented team that is skilled in diagnosing, building and delivering team effectiveness and change management solutions, ensuring ensure high levels of performance across different teams in our PepsiCo Beverages North America organization. You will play a key role in partnering with business leaders to ensure change initiatives achieve successful results by increasing employee adoption and usage focusing on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, technology, and organization structures. This position will also help sustain and build our capabilities in our OE& Change suite of tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver organizational enablers based on unique change impacts, providing coaching and support to project teams accordingly, including building change plan, communication and training materials
  • Drive change impact workshops, leadership interviews and stakeholder alignment sessions, incorporating feedback into ongoing change management delivery and support
  • Develop insights that drive change management and functional decision making
  • Diagnose key opportunities for teams to work more effectively together, design and facilitate team effectiveness workshops in partnership with business leaders and human resource
  • Collaborate and partner across functions and divisions in PBNA

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably MS in HR, I&LR, Org Development and Leadership or another related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR/OMD industry experience or human capital consulting experience with strong knowledge and working experience with change management, organizational design, organization culture, organization effectiveness and business transformation
  • Ability to partner with and influence senior leaders
  • Strong facilitation skills

A Successful Candidate Has/Is:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably MS in HR, I&LR, Org Development and Leadership or another related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR/OE industry experience or human capital consulting experience with strong knowledge and working experience of change management, organization effectiveness, business transformation, organizational design
  • Experience applying change tools and methods to assess, diagnose, design, support and deliver custom solutions needed for the successful delivery of the project
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and excellent organization skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment partnering with multiple business functions
  • Demonstrated client relationship skills
  • This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States
