Amazon Logistics (AMZL) Procurement is looking for a talented Program Manager to join its team with a focus on Startup Launch program development. This Program Manager will design and implement processes and reporting analytics to enable an effective vendor supported depot operation. Working collaboratively with teammates and customers, this individual will draw upon their strong record of operations management to deliver scalable processes that address key business objectives for new site launches. Core processes include depot inventory management and cycle counts, supply/demand forecasting, and maintaining build module BOMs for kitting operations. The Program Manager will build operational dashboards, inventory forecasts and reporting tools that inform decision making and reflect performance trends of the Non-inventory Depots and overall launch process.

This role will require scoping and creating project plans, developing processes, coordinating and driving execution, and communicating to senior management on status, risks and process/product changes. The successful individual will be able to work with minimal instruction and oversight, conduct multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, maintain relationships with stakeholders, and own deliverables end to end. Critical to the success of this role is your ability to think strategically, develop insightful analysis, communicate findings concisely to Stakeholders, work effectively as part of a cross functional team, and analyze operational data. The program manager will contribute to a faster, bigger and more customer-centric Depot Operation and the successful delivery of AMZL growth plans.
