Job Description

As a key member of the Device Services team within the Supply Chain Marketing organization, the Principal Analyst is responsible for ensuring projects and initiatives deliver the expected solution and/or value with high quality and no negative impact. This person will work closely with key stakeholders and the P&T team to ensure projects are well planned and effectively executed with clear accountability. Primary responsibilities include; eliciting/documenting key business stakeholder requirements and providing oversight to the creation/execution of user acceptance/business validation test cases to ensure that the delivered solution meets the expected business value.


  • Ability to elicit and document business requirements – certifications a plus
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently and within teams
  • Experience with testing and defect management
  • Ability to read and understand functional/technical documents
  • Ability to deliver highly complex projects
  • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize work, work independently
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
  • Ability to connect and influence business partners across functional organization
  • Supply Chain experience in the wireless industry a plus
  • Device Services product experience a huge plus – Device Financing, Device Protection, Trade-In, & Upgrade Programs
  • 6+ yrs product experience
  • 6+ yrs Business Systems Analysis, Technical Delivery Management or Technical Project Management
  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.• Legally authorized to work in the United States.• High School Diploma or GED.• Pre-employment background screen.
