Morgan Stanley Private Bank, National Association (“MSPBNA”) offers cash management, credit products and services to Wealth Management’s (WM) clients. The Private Banking Group (‘PBG’) business seeks to deliver cash management and lending solutions that offer superior capabilities to our advisors and clients, with a central focus on delivery of business growth and new business development, leveraging its partnership with Wealth Management.

CashPlus Brokerage Account is a modern alternative to tradition banking that incentivizes clients to use Morgan Stanley for their every-day cash management needs. The account offers a robust list of benefits including: cash management fee waivers, ID and credit monitoring, and enhanced digital experience. The Cash Management Product Manager will lead direct and cross functional teams to manage, enhance and grow this program. Key responsibilities for this high-profile position include:

Partner with PBG Sales, Communications and Marketing to develop and launch initiatives that drive client adoption and long term client engagement with CashPlus

Leveraging data to provide insights and opportunities to effective manage the CashPlus offering

Provide 1st class support to PBG Sales, Call Center, and the field for any CashPlus escalations

Assist in the strategic initiative to transition existing Premier Cash Management clients to the new CashPlus brokerage account

Partner with a cross functional team (and external consultants) to develop a new digital banking strategy that includes cash management, lending and financial advice targeting the non-fa client segment

Provide ongoing competitive analysis across the industry



Undergraduate degree in business, finance, other related fields

5-8 years’ experience in financial services or consulting or product management

Self-starter with strong drive for results

Problem solving and strategic thinking skills

Strong product intuition and user empathy

Ability to synthesize complex topics and distill key business dynamics

Ability to collaborate with different teams in an agile environment

Ability to contribute consistently and positively in a high-paced, fast-changing work environment

Expert communication skills, including the ability to persuade and inspire

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to completion

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
