Engineering – Implementations

Cognizant

is looking for an organized, responsible individual who is expected to manage

the implementation development life cycle for the HPA group, including

monitoring implementation metrics, resolving problems, reviewing trends and

determining solutions. Work with Product Engineering Manager to develop

technology strategies and roadmaps for long-term planning. Manage and mentor

engineers to deliver highly scalable client solutions.

engineers by conducting regular 1:1s, periodic assessments and receiving

§ Bachelor’s degree

§ Have had previous experience managing a

technical/development team of 5 or more.

What You’ll Get to Do:

This team is focused on cyber security, mission support, and data access for the global enterprise. They work in an agile fashion to address a backlog of related tasks, such as setting up a governance board and governance policies in regards to the Sponsors infrastructure and systems, and working to help all the organization systems with the Assessment and Authorization (A&A) process.

The primary efforts of the team are to:

  • Leverage enterprise services and organization common solutions to reduce cost, complexity and inefficiency while ensuring necessary security of the data and the systems
  • Foster mission agility through an organizational-wide understanding of the architecture and collaborative development of solutions; and
  • Ensure data management and handling initiatives are implemented to advance mission objectives while also ensuring the organization data equities remain compliant with regulations, policies and laws.

As the Contractor, you will provide support to the Front Office staff including the Senior Data Officer, the Data Tradecraft Manager, the Data Sharing Manager, and the Data Analytics Manager, as well as working with Offices and Programs across the sponsor’s organization.

Additionally, you will work with the Task Manager to prioritize tasks and levels of effort. You shall collaborate with leadership and Contractor staff across the organization, and you will develop overall strategies for Senior Information Officer’s (SIO) in areas of portfolio consolidation and engagement. Also, you will analyze existing programs, applications, and systems.

You will need to provide the guidance and plans for refactoring, support program integration and management for the SIO efforts, and draft policy, standards and guidelines for the SIO areas.

Finally, you will develop a plan, document requirements and develop an implementation strategy for Sponsor’s Inventory (CMDB). You will need to leverage current data repositories, gather requirements, and identify next generation technologies available to leverage across the Enterprise. You will be responsible to support migrating current office data and processes to an Enterprise capability that supports NIST 800-53 Rev 4.


In order to successfully fulfil the responsibilities of the role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience managing enterprise scale projects
  • Demonstrated experience participating in project integration efforts
  • Demonstrated experience participating in the engineering of enterprise scale IT systems
  • Demonstrated experience preparing and delivering technical briefings to senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience planning and implementing IT standards, guidelines, and governance
  • Demonstrated experience developing governance architecture
  • Demonstrated experience communicating with senior audiences
  • Demonstrated experience using the MS Office suite


While not required, these qualifications would be nice to have:

  • Demonstrated experience using content management systems such as Confluence, JIRA
  • Demonstrated experience with the Sponsor’s technical architecture and data landscape.

RxCrossroads by McKesson is looking for a Program Manager to provide leadership, customer support, management and direction for the implementation and ongoing support of third party logistic customers.

Position Description

The position owns the direct relationship with customers and is responsible for oversight, implementation and overall management of third party logistic customers partnerships. Duties involve working directly with customers to design and execute against complex project plans to ensure the successful launch and management of the third party logistic programs. This would involve working both within McKesson and externally with customers and business partners (domestic and international).

Once the customer is on boarded, the program manager will continue to maintain an understanding of the customer’s business, challenges and demands in order to create a long-term relationship with the customer, drive customer satisfaction and generate additional sales/profit.

The Program Manager will assist in new customer sales efforts. This will entail active involvement in the RFP responses, customer site visits, quality audits and capability presentations. The Program Manager will be responsible for the ensuring the success of the total customer value stream. This role is highly cross functional in nature and does not have direct reports.

This is a remote position and can be based anywhere in the United States.

Key Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Provides a high touch / white glove relationship with customer base (mainly Pharma)
  • Ability to communicate with executive leaders effectively and build strong client relationships
  • Increases sales volume and profitability within existing book of business
  • Ensures customer satisfaction and retention through consistent and productive customer engagement.
  • Utilizes data to evaluate situations and make appropriate recommendations
  • Develops KPI’s and appropriate measurement systems to drive continuous improvement
  • Serves as single point of contact for customer and is responsible for all issue resolution
  • Actively interacts with Distribution Center Management, Credit/Inventory/Operations Departments, Finance, IT, Legal, Call Center Operations, New Account Set up and business development to ensure enterprise alignment.
  • Acts as a liaison between external customers and our McKesson Specialty 3PL Services team members.
  • Utilizes standardized products and processes to enable scalable growth
  • Participates in sales presentations to further enhance business growth opportunities, improve selling skills, and gain knowledge about the market and customer base.

  • Stays abreast of and learns about all new technical applications, products, programs, and services available to customers

Critical Skills / Experience

  • 7 + years distribution or other relevant experience in a program management or client facing role
  • Experience in a highly regulated environment
  • Ability to service large complex customers
  • Experience with change management within a high growth organization
  • 4 + years in client facing/relationship building and management
  • Must be able to develop effective sales & marketing strategies and grow revenue and EBITA
  • Demonstrated ability building successful customer relationships
  • Proven strategic problem solving and decision making ability
  • Strong communication skills (written, listening and speaking)
  • Strong business acumen and ability to lead activity cross functionally
  • Ability to effectively manage conflict

Position Summary

The Program Manager must understand project management processes and have experience leading small to mid-sized projects involving developing technology, development of hardware and manufacturing of hardware to meet customer requirements. The Program Managers time typically will be spent; 60% manufacturing of fusing and ordnance hardware, 30% on development of new hardware and 10% dedicated to manufacturing sustainment.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or other bachelor’s degrees related to Manufacturing Technologies and Processes.
  • Ability to develop and maintain project documentation, to include: Integrated Master Schedule, Procurement Plans, Quality Plans, Engineering Plans
  • Demonstrated Ability to supervise the execution of project Plans in a Matrix environment, particularly Engineering, Supply Chain and Operations/Manufacturing.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience with program/project management or comparable experience in lead roles demonstrating project/program management skill sets.
  • Experience effectively managing risk and opportunities.
  • Act as customer point of contact responsible for meeting contractual commitments including the cost, schedule, technical, and quality performance of assigned projects and program(s) within contractual boundaries, company expectations, and established standards.
  • Establish program strategy, vision and tactical direction for program execution by project team
  • Track program performance to integrated master schedule, identify program issues and obtain solutions, such as allocation of resources or alternate technical approaches.
  • Experience organizing and leading Project Status Review meetings and cost analysis with stakeholders. Review project status and budget; manage schedules and prepare status reports for customers and senior management
  • Experience Developing Proposal Bid Strategies,
  • Developing Proposals, Leading the development of Estimates at Complete (EACs) and providing input to the Annual Operating Plan.
  • Coordinate the preparation of proposals, proposal work statements, specifications, and program budgets.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree, preferably in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or other master’s degrees related to Manufacturing Technologies and Processes.
  • Experience using Earned Value Management (EVM) to manage projects.

About the Opportunity

As the Program Manager, you will be accountable for achieving program targets, efficiency improvements and savings. More specifically, you will:

  • Develop Strategies to manage the long term (5 year) planning including the forecasting of resources to achieve EMP outcomes
  • Manage the program status achievement and reporting against the following performance indicators;
  • Maintenance backlog
  • Cost Growth
  • Maintenance Effectiveness and
  • Project Stage Gate Achievement
  • Manage the delivery all artefacts in accordance with promulgated key date schedules; including support to the project Integrated Project Teams (ITPs) to ensure engagement and success

  • Ensure that the program meets quality targets. This includes the prompt management of any quality concerns, including effective communication to the customer with clear actions resulting from any investigation into a quality failure

  • Work with senior management within the WAMA Alliance to implement change initiatives that deliver productivity and efficiency benefits and foster a culture of continuous improvement

About you

As an ideal applicant for this opportunity, you’ll have:

  • A proven successful history of delivering a program of engineering services delivery in a complex Asset Management framework and working in an Alliance or partnering arrangement
  • Significant experience proactively managing multiple stakeholders including operational delivery teams
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills coupled with strong influencing and negotiation capabilities
  • Sharp business acumen
  • Experience of leading systems integration and commissioning programs
  • Whilst not essential, technical knowledge of warship major platform systems would be beneficial

Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.

Duties and tasks are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 5 years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.

  • Responsible for creating End of Week status reports for all live programs that then get rolled up into a Weekly Business Review / Monthly Business Review to leadership

  • Experience interacting with customers verbally and digitally.
  • Experience creating public facing communications.
  • Experience working with various stakeholder teams (product, engineering, marketing and design).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to take action and ownership of situations with minimal guidance.
  • Impeccable organization skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience with data analytics, reporting results and identifying trends.
  • Prior experience in product quality, testing software and hardware products.
  • Experience running multiple projects at the same time while maintaining schedules and meeting deadlines.

  • Experience with Centercode, Jira, and G Suite, Tableau, Splunk.
  • Experience conducting User Acceptance Testing.
  • Experience with running A/B testing
  • Experience managing or participating in Alpha / Beta / Delta testing
  • Experience handling Shipping Logistics
  • Experience with working with Excel & formulas
  • Knowledge of Ring Products / ecosystem is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Be the voice of the Customer and the Microsoft Seller by understanding their pain points and be able to translate that into our development plans using research and data to validate and formulate the direction.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years as a program manager or engineer.
  • Past experience in working and developing sales, finance, operations processes and related engineering systems (Dynamics and/or Salesforce, Power Platform, Business Analytics).
  • Proven ability to drive large scale projects with high collaboration and leadership.
  • Detail oriented and able to rapidly come up to speed on complex processes, technologies and architectures.
  • Excellent cross group collaboration skills and demonstrated ability to lead virtual teams to deliver on product milestones.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

8. Excellent communication (oral and written) and collaboration skills

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced, high caliber Program Manager in our Burlington, MA location. In this role you will work with new product development teams to plan, develop, gain regulatory approval, and commercialize state of the art therapies for Heart Failure patients and customers.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with software & hardware development teams to plan, track and execute complex, cross organizational programs while maintaining focus on maintain the highest levels of quality.
  • Manages complex device & remote care projects within the B/U.
  • Assures the development of multi-level project planning to achieve short and long-term business objectives
  • Develops, tracks and reports on all key product development and technology development programs.
  • Keeps senior management team informed of design/development progress and issues.
  • Develops functional departmental budgets and coordinates cross-functional project budgets
  • Develops and communicates key performance indicators (cost/schedule/technical/quality) for projects.
  • Provides design/development teams with appropriate resources to perform assigned tasks.
  • Interfaces with appropriate internal and external resources to ensure intellectual property is protected.
  • Interfaces with appropriate internal and external resources (regulatory, customers, etc.) to ensure development programs meet regulatory and customer requirements.
  • Guides development and documentation of test plan protocols, standard operating procedures, specifications and test procedures.
  • Participates in review boards for CAPA, complaints, business unit planning, and others as necessary.
  • Reviews and provides functional approval for project and quality system documentation.
  • Support all Company initiatives as identified by management and in support of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and other regulatory requirements.
  • Complies with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, other regulatory requirements, Company policies, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments. Maintains positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field (i.e. Sciences, Engineering) or related discipline
  • 8+ years of medical device development experience and managing complex, multi-discipline (electrical, software, mechanical) devices, including Class 3 implantable medical devices/systems
  • Expertise in agile, cross-organizational software development programs in a medical device environment
  • Experience with Cyber security
  • Managing cross discipline (Clinical, Regulatory, Operations, R&D, etc) development teams and/or programs
  • Working knowledge and experience with 21 CFR 820.30 and European Medical Device Directive (application to medical devices)
  • Proficient with MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Budget planning and management experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to communicate to all levels of the organization
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a geographically diverse, matrixed organization
  • Ability to travel 20% of the time


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced level degree in technical and/or science field or related discipline
  • PMP certification
  • Experience in clinical settings/operating room
  • Regulatory body interaction – FDA, Notified bodies, etc.
  • Upstream market and product development experience
