his Is A Remote Opportunity

Project coordinator works for Corporate Quality & Regulatory Affairs team project manager to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Project coordinator will lead small projects, oversee small parts of larger projects, and will also be responsible for administrative tasks.

What will you do?

  • Lead, organize and manage regular scheduled meetings within Q&R function.
  • Planning, organizing & execution of our yearly Q&R conference (whether in person or virtual).
  • Conference awards management.
  • Work closely with Q&R corporate team project manager to create comprehensive action plans concerning resources, budgets and timeframes for small scaled projects.
  • Work closely with Q&R corporate team on small scaled projects (identify & defining project requirements, scope & objectives); this could result in project coordinator leading project & working closely with project champion.
  • Small scaled projects, plan, manage & lead team goals, schedule, executing project from concept to completion. Ensure all team members are completing workflow & on track.
  • Develop solutions and propose improvements to projects & tasks.
  • Manage project related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored per our teams filing requirements.
  • Share project correspondences/updates to project stakeholders & corporate team on a regular cadence.
  • Monitor project expenses & cost saving measures.
  • Develop into Q&R function PPI Process Manager; lead & facilitate teams.
  • Data entry & analysis; review, organize, & maintain various websites (company intranet website management).

How Will you get there?

Educational/Career Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Technical Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Program experience
