Amazon Prime Member Growth owns and leads growing Prime membership. We are looking for a Product Manager to innovate, develop and own new ways to attract customers to the Prime Student program, worldwide, focused on driving Student/GenZ-specific growth by addressing their unique needs. We are looking for a leader who is passionate about the customer, highly driven to achieve business outcomes, and committed to drive long term value, and maintains a high degree of perseverance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the Voice of the GenZ Segment, Worldwide
  • Be the worldwide leader that drives the value delivered to students/GenZ through the Prime Student program
  • Be the owner of the Prime Student Strategy/3YP/Program Review
  • Be the one that Ideates and innovates new ways to attract, engage and retain Student/GenZ customers to the Prime Student program.
  • Be the single point of contact on all things Prime Student incl. performance, experiments, new initiatives.
  • Lead by example for Prime, by creating GenZ-first experiences for students, be it onsite, through third parties, creative new ideas or through new marketing channels.
  • Fail quickly: Develop experiments, success metrics and roadmaps to develop new ways for customers to try and sign up for Prime.
  • Partner with Marketing, BI, BD, Content, technical, finance and business teams to lead and develop new acquisition/engagement/benefit/retention business cases
  • Partner with local teams and third parties to define new experiences worldwide.
  • Work closely with tech teams to develop new feature enhancements.
  • Regularly update leaders on the program through WBRs, QBRs, OP1s.
  • Apply research and data on customer behavior to develop product strategy.
  • Apply customer working-backwards methodologies to improve customer experience.
  • MBA
  • Strong Data and Analytical Skills
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Ability to independently lead conversations with senior leaders.
  • Track record of proposing and developing complex businesses cases
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully work with technical teams to define user experience
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully work with Business Development teams to identify external partnership opportunities
