We are seeking an innovated, results-oriented, customer-centric Senior Product Manager Technical to drive innovation to support Amazon’s grocery offering. In this role you will serve as the end-to-end product owner of complex products with responsibility for defining the product vision, partnering with engineering to design solutions, creating a phased rollout plan, and working across a broad stakeholder group to deliver results. Our ideal candidate has a track record of Product Delivery of complex, multi-faceted products, is driven by data, and has the written and spoken ability to engage with and influence executive-level cross-functional stakeholders.

A successful candidate will be highly analytical, able to work effectively in a matrix organization, and adept at synthesizing a variety of technologies, business models and capabilities into high quality, simple products that customers love.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of customer-focus product vision.
  • Interact with key stakeholders to define the metrics, measurements and tools to quantify business goals.
  • Define and manage near-term and long-term product roadmaps, managing trade-offs and competing priorities.
  • Develop the user experience, goals, stories and requirements that will be used to create product specifications.

  • Communicate (both verbally and in writing) program successes, failures, lessons learned and mitigations plans to stakeholders.
  • Experience working in Supply Chain and/or Distribution Centers
  • Demonstrated data-driven decision making and quantitative analysis skills (including deep knowledge of Excel, SQL, or statistics)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Sound business judgement and ability to take ownership, conduct data-driven deep dives and deliver results
  • Proven ability to self-manage work and move forward in the face of ambiguity.
  • Able to work in a diverse team
