Job Description
Senior Marketing Operations Manager

The Senior Marketing Operations Manager serves to optimize and improve sales and marketing processes, including sales enablement and the inbound channel across Shareworks. You work to improve workflows, remove roadblocks, and promote operational efficiencies—from sourcing prospect lists, gauging prospects initial interest, feeding our sales engagement platform (, and assisting the Sales Team all the way through to a closed-won sale.

You are required to perform data analysis and direct the optimal use of SaaS tools like, Salesforce and Pardot, as well as web analytics to track marketing performance and recognize opportunities for improvement. You will be the figurative glue between Sales and Marketing. You will help report on key marketing and sales pipeline metrics, and provide recommended actions for our demand generation and content marketing programs.

Oversee Our Sales Engagement Platform—
  • Lead training for new Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and Sales Team members
  • Truly own the administration of the platform and serve as the conduit to feed the platform with new content generated by our go-to-market teams
Optimizing the Inbound Channel
  • Lead efforts to optimize marketing and sales automation processes
  • Prepare cohort profiles to support outbound sales campaigns (Pitchbook, ZoomInfo)
  • Support target campaigns to support account based marketing and outbound calling
Help Drive Demand Generation
  • Work with content marketing and product marketing colleagues to identify, develop and leverage sales assets and materials to facilitate the sales process
  • Own the processes relating to lead data integrity and data enrichment
Supporting Revenue Generation
  • Analyze and optimize in-market sales enablement cadences to increase lead and oppprtunity conversion rates
  • Own the production of sales guidance assets and materials to facilitate the sales process
  • Work with Sales Team leaders to develop and optimize the sales enablement elements of BDR practices
  • Mentor and coach the BDR team on best practices of converting inbound leads to opportunities and effective handoff to sales; analyze and share key BDR metrics


  • Previous Sales Loft experience required
  • 5+ years experience in a marketing operations role, preferably in B2B SaaS
  • Familiarity with the B2B buyer journey, including lead flow strategies
  • Knowledge of and hands-on experience using strongly desired
  • Strong Salesforce experience
  • Highly collaborative with a deep sense of ownership and accountability
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation platforms; knowledge of Pardot preferred
  • Experience creating and executing demand generation campaigns strongly desired
