Job Description

The Sr Project Coordinator is responsible for driving aspects of a project or multiple, small-scale projects to support the Network Supply Chain organization. This includes project planning, execution, timing, functionality, quality, communication and cost to manage the completion of work. The Sr Project Coordinator coordinates the day-to-day activities of the Strategic Programs & Operations team from original concept through final implementation and ensure that resources are used efficiently. The overall responsibility is to ensure that the project is delivered on time and within budget and that it meets or exceeds expectations. This role is dynamic and often fast-paced to deliver on a wide-variety of tasks from coordinating large events, hosting virtual and live events for groups over 250, organization communications including newsletters, and Sharepoint management, among other responsibilities.


  • Monitors and tracks project status reporting for Project Managers. Assists with communications and scheduling.
  • Develops process flow diagrams (Visio)
  • Prepares and distribute project meeting minutes.
  • Prepares Presentations (PowerPoint).
  • Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.


  • Bachelors Degree required.
  • Strong written and verbal communications is a must
  • 1-2 years of experience in Excel functions such as V-Look Up & Pivot Tables
  • 1-2 years of experience in PowerPoint.
  • Experience with MS Office Suite, MS Visio & MS Project.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Pre-employment background screen.
