Job Description

Manage and direct State Government sales strategy and executive with front-line State Government managers. Lead and manage a team of 3-4 Managers. Motivate and coach team to drive strong performance results.

Responsibilities

  • Develop sales generation and strategy to support State Government business
  • Identify retention opportunities and ensure maintenance of existing customer base
  • Support additional non-selling & administration functions
  • Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 2-4 years of Sales Management Experience required
  • 2-4 years of Team Management Experience required
  • State Government Procurement Experience required
  • Strategic Leadership Experience required
  • Customer Acquisition Experience required
