Job Description

    The Sr Program Manager will be responsible for managing ongoing programs built to enhance the T-Mobile for Business sales process and customer experience. This includes partnering with the Sales Operations Go-To-Market, Capabilities and Sales Enablment teams to provide post launch support through lifecycle management activities. The person will be responsible for reporting program results and metrics to leadership. A successful candidate must be able to quickly understand complex issues, clearly articulate the impacts to stakeholders, create a plan of action and develop an ongoing management cadence.

    Responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing program management oversight for sales programs requiring lifecycle management
  • Lead strategic planning efforts for in support of key areas of the business
  • Conduct operational and assessments to identify risks, gaps and propose solutions
  • Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering or related field
  • 4 years of experience in organizational programs, project management, or related area
  • 2 years of supervisory or program management experience, including cross-functional management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with peers as well as up to the executive level
  • Wireless telecom experience a plus
  • Microsoft Project, Budget Management, and Statistics are a plus


Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • High School Diploma or GED
