We’re looking for Team Leader to work with our leadership team within our mental health services. You’ll support individual staff with developing their performance in their clinical work, as well as supporting with safeguarding and quality assurance. This post requires a dynamic individual with excellent leadership skills to work innovatively and confidently.
Working closely with the Management Team, you will help to deliver services to the highest standards and have the vision and drive to develop our future, the capacity to work with competing demands and tight timescales will be underpinned by a commitment to quality.
You will be given a comprehensive induction and training plan including coaching and mentorship by the Mental Health Leadership Team. Upon successful completion of probationary period there will be opportunities for career progression through the National Apprenticeship Scheme up to degree level (https://www.gov.uk/apply-apprenticeship).
What we’re looking for
- Demonstrable experience of leadership and management skills.
- Passionate about Mental Health and supporting the team to deliver high quality services in line with the organisational strategy.
- You’ll have a strong understanding of performance, safeguarding and quality, as well as experience of coaching and supporting others in these areas.
You will be homebased and provided with all of the necessary support and equipment for this. Opportunities to work flexibility within the contracted hours are available. Employee Assistance Programme is available to all staff to support wellbeing. Annual leave is 28 days (plus bank holidays) which increases on length of service. Competitive pension scheme.
