Please review the following job description:

Responsible for the strategic direction, operations and executional excellence of the Wealth Advisory Support team (Domestic Wealth, Legal/Medical Specialty, International Wealth, Ultra-High Net Worth and Fiduciary) with a goal of creating an efficient operating model by driving the development, consistent execution and optimization of all Wealth support-oriented processes and policies.

Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

  • Ensure that the desired Wealth client experience is embedded in all client support processes Responsible for developing and executing the Wealth Advisory Support processes, platform and training development; driving optimization of processes and policies including identifying improvements for a better client experience and maintaining an effective operating model
  • Is focused on precision, consistency and clean execution of all Wealth support processes as well as effective management of a large, geographically disbursed team
  • Assess and help implement an optimal coverage model to enhance and deepen client relationships, client acquisition, and an enhanced client experience
  • Drive the development and implementation of Human Capital and Wealth Incentive Strategies, including Recruiting, Diversity & Inclusion, Retention & Recognition, and Performance Management Oversee the Wealth Advisory Support coverage model, and related change management activities
  • Collaborate with numerous functional partners (Legal, Risk, Compliance, Marketing, etc.) to mitigate risk while ensuring the desired client needs are embedded in all support/operations processes and policies
  • Have the ability to effectively utilize root cause analysis to create holistic solutions for the business


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree; understanding of performance measurement best practices
  • 10+ years relevant experience in financial services, preferably wealth management; strong understanding of strategic planning or business consulting, experience/familiarity with talent management; significant project management experience
  • Strong executive presence, comfortable interacting with and presenting to all levels of management
  • Must have leadership experience or exhibit the ability to supervise Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills with strong decision making and judgment skills
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, able to work independently, and flexible with the ability to determine and focus on top priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Business and financial acumen; sales process and execution; data analysis and root cause interpretation; strategic thinking and analytical abilities; strong leadership and coaching abilities; negotiation, persuasion and collaboration; superb communication
