At Amazon, we are working to be the most customer-centric company on earth. To get there, we need exceptionally talented, bright, and driven people. PN 3P offers ultrafast grocery delivery and pickup services out of stores worldwide. As the 3P network rapidly expands to hundreds of Whole Foods stores and ramps in volume, it is becoming increasingly necessary to build scalable management tools to ensure optimized customer experience and associate experience of the Pickup program. We are seeking a Program Manager to support these business critical projects and initiatives. This exciting role allows opportunities to explore development of new tools/applications and process improvement methodologies.

The ideal candidate brings a blend of strong analytical skills and program management interests. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across central and field operations, product management, analytics, tech, and business, and will act as a key liaison between the PM and field execution teams. You will lead the definition and development of key metrics, and own creation of logic for their measurement, classification, and attribution to sub-reasons. You will collaborate closely with the analytics and tech teams to scope requirements for developing applications for automating processes. You will also have the opportunity to lead new processes and implement scalable solutions to drive improvements in accuracy and efficiency of the current tools and dashboards. This is a highly visible role with direct impact to internal customer experience.

A successful candidate will:

  • Demonstrate the ability to gather and analyze data, and to clearly communicate data insights to others
  • Focus on using technology for developing solutions that help operation teams through centralization and standardization
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and deep dive often to back assumptions with numbers
  • Partner closely with various stakeholder teams, and work collaboratively to solve painful problems

  • Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to problem-solve independently
  • 3-5 years of professional experience, including experience operating in highly cross-functional and fast-paced environments
